There are other things that can cause "spots" on the brain, besides stroke and MS...

A common antibiotic:
Flagyl or its cousin Tindamax

Parasite infections (pork tapeworm)

Lyme disease or toxoplasmosis--this usually shows multiple lesions

other viral or bacterial infections that get to the brain

these are just some of the factors.

Interpreting MRIs may be quite subjective...so try getting another professional opinion.

Make sure your B12 is at 400pg/ml minimum too, as it is used to remyelinate neurons.
