I have a treadmill for when I don't have somebody to go for walks with. I don't use it that often as I get dizzy and nauseous afterwards. I'm fine while I'm walking, but as soon as I get off the treadmill, it's like I have motion sickness. I used to get that all the time as a child, and occasionally as an adult, so it's a familiar unpleasant feeling that I tend to avoid.

That's great that you do the 10K and enjoy jogging. I don't like jogging but my friend and I used to go for 5K walks several times per week. We haven't gone for awhile as she's having problems with her legs. I need to either find another walking buddy or get on that treadmill and suck it up.
