Alex, I can tell you that by simply having a clear MRI does not rule out something such as Multiple Sclerosis. You can have a clear MRI but you can still have Multiple Sclerosis. It makes getting diagnosed more difficult but not impossible.

At the time of my diagnosis the MRI was clear.
