Your diet has to make sense and be healthy.
WE need to eat veggies for our health. Some veggies have more carbs then others. But remember that the fiber carbs don't count if you are going to count carbs, so you subtract those.
here is an example.
chopped turnip greens with cubed turnips
are really healthy and few carbs or calories for that matter.
A whole 12 ounce frozen bag has 100 calories
8 net grams of carbs (16 minus the 8 fiber carbs)
just steam them little hot sauce good to go!
