You can buy Chicken of the Sea salmon, and it is filled with protein and Omega 3's... cheap too. Comes in a pouch which is inexpensive at WalMart or Target, and can be mixed with any
dressing or mayo and eaten in a sandwich or on crackers or whatever. It is far less expensive and contains Omega-3s for your nervous system and has lots of protein for very little money.
