I have to do like Lara..I need time to prepare for bed and I don't care for tea or coffee but I have stated having a cup of chamomile tea around 8:30 pm before to start my unwinding time.

Like Lara said about her daily events on replay, mine do to. I have found I need to b real careful about what topics of conversation I enter into or anything critical I say as they come back to wake me up or disturb me. Never had this stuff happen before.
