Hi!! I don't think that's unusual. My dosage is 60mg every 90 minutes, and Timespan 180mg twice daily. My MG is severe, all symptoms. Every one is different
The meds totally make the difference, in my case. A
ggravation: the frequent doses. Your situation should be monitored, because too much mestinon can actually bring-on MG symptoms or severity. My dosage was titrated and monitored for 9 months until we got it right. Good luck! Peace...r-
