Some antibiotics used for pneumonia are neurotoxic.
Fluoroquinolones like Levaquin and Cipro and Avelox. You can find out what you were given and go from there. There a many sites on the net now that deal with this toxicity.
It could be something else (viral damage), but it is best to find out what drugs you were given.
