Okay, I have Small Fiber Neuropathy (pain all over- numbness, burning, tingling) with some autonomic involvement--unable to discern temperature/vibration, leaking of urine).

The pain management is prescribing nucynta.

Anyone have experience with this one?

The side effect list has me really afraid.

I am in so much pain though...

Awaiting some good suggestions.
