Welcome to NeuroTalk. It amazing that you can be stuck on a cruise ship and still have internet access.
I don't have much to say except that there is likely an area on the ship that has the least amount of movement. It is usually near the middle. It may also help to spend your time standing and walking around. Your legs will learn to adjust for the movement to a limited extent. This is called developing sea legs.
When you are out of your cabin, try sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat to reduce the lights.
