This is the LTD company, not my employer. I got laid off in December.

I don't like the claim adjuster's attitude, she sounds like the doesn't believe what I am telling her. it seems like they are trying to close my claim because they are not receiving documentation on time but I am not kept in the loop with when they change the timelines.

I wonder if I should ask for a supervisor or talk to a lawyer.
