There are some substances mentioned, that are not directly recommended in the Vitamins and supplements thread. I came across them randomly and would like to know if there is an actual benefit to add them to the regimen?
The one's are hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, bromelain, R-alpha lipoic acid, quercetin and resveratrol.
