I've tried to read Byron Richard's article but struggle to make sense of it. Personally, I don't put a lot of credence in articles written by someone who also sell the products they write about. Just my way of looking at things.

So, I don't have a comment except to say, I tried Resveratrol and did not find any benefit. It is pricey.
