How big were your sleeping issues, were you ever on amitryptiline galaxy?

In my case I would tend to say, that a natural substance, like ashwagandha was not strong enough during my hard times. Now I will certainly give it a try. I found a product, that contains 300mg ashwagandha and 1 mg Melotonin(sleeping hormone).
