You have every option. You have the choice to be referred to any Trust and any Hospital in the Country, your GP will send you to the most convenient.
Being in the UK you have the option of Lidocaine/Phenytoin Infusions and oral anaesthetics like Ketamine which MUST be prescribed by a PM Dr at a Hospital.
Your options are near endless, don't let them sell you short.
