I had problems, Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, after I moved house many years ago and it took its toll on my elbow. I didn't need surgery or anything and it's fairly good these days depending on what I am lifting. For a long time my hand would be affected quite badly in frozen position.
Funny thing was that I was advised to do this and do that and wear a brace on it etc., and I learned that I was in fact not doing enough to keep it moving and stretching. I remember checking out the links in the old TOS forums and that got me moving again. I hope I didn't bore you with all that!
