An update and this with a good nights rest Tinnitus is 50% better.

It's still there if i'm in a quiet room however it is gradually getting better after 12 months.

The first 3 months the Tinnitus was SO LOUD that i barely slept at night.

I'm wondering if even after 12 months neural/brain plasticity has the chance to create new healthy connections?

Although i don't expect the Tinnitus, after 1 year to go away by 100% this is GOOD progress.

The brain is very interesting and I think that it constantly is evolving despite most doctors saying that after 6 months your recovery will be far more limited.
Most Doctors will say 6 months and what state your are in with head injury is likely permanent.
