I believe that chronic sinus inflammation will refer to the teeth.

I get this now and then. I use a decongestant orally to shrink the congestion, and then guiafenesin to help move out the
junk before it becomes infected.

I also noticed a big improvement in my throbbing upper teeth, when I did the Candida cleanse with NOW Candida support.
I used it for 3 weeks, then had a huge Herx GI event, and stopped. It really helped my dry mouth and night-time throbbing I was getting.

The sphenoid sinus is in back of your nose, and not in the front like the others. When it clogs up your whole head can suffer.
