Mines varies too, occasionally another tone appears for a few seconds then disappears. Just lately it's been up and down but generally less. Driving and watching TV used to make it worse but not any more. Weird how the year mark seems to herald improvement.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
