Gosh I didn't know that about sugars Mrs D. I will slow right down on them now you've pointed this out as they have been helping to take away the awful bitter taste of the second antibiotic. My bowel hasn't been affected much by any of this I must say but I defer to your wisdom on how Candida works and really do want to put an end to this horrible pain around my teeth. Many thanks.
