HarryM, it is good to read that mirtazapine is helping with your tremor

This quote from that link (the emphasis is mine) might help members with PD to discuss the option of mirtazapine with their clinical care teams:

"Other options include 5-HT2A antagonists, and drugs that have mixed binding properties involving serotonin and acetylcholine, such as clozapine and the antidepressant mirtazapine, can be effective in reducing PD tremor ."
