I would see a doctor.... infections in the intestines, like appendicitis, or diverticulitis, or gall bladder stones, infection there, or pancreatitis, can all cause a tight abdomen as the muscles get spasmed above where the irritation occurs.
The vomiting is concerning and should be reported to the doctor too.

Get a blood count with differential, and have the doctor examine your tummy (palpate it)...

If you are still taking 3 of those AOR B-complex as you told me earlier, I'd stop that for now. (one of those a day would be plenty for most people.
