The vomiting is concerning and should be reported to the doctor too.
It doesn't feel like my muscles are spasming it feels like I am wearing a piece of clothing like a girdle or something. does this still sound like an infection? It feels like the sensation I have on my arms and legs like Im wearing a tight piece of clothing (but I am not)
