Default How do I explain this weird brain feeling that I have?

Hello All
I feel like I haven't done a very good job of explaining some of the symptoms I am feeling to my doctors / therapists. One of the main ones is this feeling in my brain and head.

It includes dizziness, but it is not spinning. It is more of a dizzy, off-balance, wonky, feeling; but it is also a sensation in my head that feels like my brain is floating in liquid (which I guess technically it is, but we don't usually feel that sensation) - and it feels like my brain is swimming around inside my head, and every movement I make with my head makes my brain move around and it makes me feel dizzy. And my brain feels very sensitive to a jump, trying to jog, or trying to walk too fast. And it feels like my neck is struggling to keep my brain in place or something like that.

Does any of this make sense to anyone? Who else experiences this "weird brain feeling" as I call it? How can I explain this to my therapists in a way that will make them understand what I am talking about? Please help with this if you can.

Thank you and take care!
