I am used to the autonomic problems and orthostatic hypotension, but this was a first.
It lasted about 3 hours.
I think this thing is moving along in its attack strategy.
I have SFN symptoms in my face, back of head and ear. Sometimes loud places make me dizzy and my left ear pulsates. Small, loud restaurants with lots of talking are the worst. You have to wonder if your situation is autonomic or if SFN is impacting your vestibular system.
