If you search the word "metanx" in our search engine you will find many discussions about it.
Unfortunately, most people are advised to take it with food, which will greatly diminish or prevent absorption of the B12 orally.
Folate is typically not a huge player in PN either.
So while it looks like a good idea on paper, it must be done properly to show effects. It will only work, for those who are
deficient in those nutrients.
