I can over eat on potato salad and have to pay the next day with increased inflammation in knees and hips. Simpler the carbs worse the flare. I was diabetic for years before getting trauma-induced PN. I already knew that simple carbs are not good for me anyway. Many post here about what foods worsen their pain, from nightshade vegetables,refined sugars(cakes pies pastries), etc. Do you know what your underlying condition is?Good Luck, Ken in Texas.
