Default Different studies are measuring different PD aspects

While I agree the study you cited found no benefit for PWPs, it did not measure MCI via MoCA and based its findings on multiple factors -- not just MCI .... the study I posted apparently ONLY measured PD-MCI changes via MoCA ... a very focused inquiry.

These are very different studies which came to very different conclusions. They could both be valid without any conflict.

As ST points out, a combination of creatine and coq10 was tested here making any other study comparisons difficult.
