Trying to do DRUG studies with food nutrients
Tends to fail.

Omega-3s are basically nutrients and as such
Are needed for maintenance and repair of
Tissues. They are considered essential.
But our diets tend to lack them today.
If you eat wisely you don't have the same
need for supplements. However, most do not
Consume enough to maintain health.

My son has ADHD and when we corrected his
Deficiency he was able to improve and no longer
Need drugs for it.

We take Krill oil now daily in this house and have
Done so with either fish oil or now the krill daily for over
A decade now.

And also .. The FDA does have rules regarding
Advertising supplements. Companies cannot make
medical claims to consumers without studies
on file.. The FDA sends out warning letters every
day and if ignored will shut them down.
