Default Possible Reaction?

Is there any chance of a hives reaction to any of these?

Vitamin E 400 IU
Niacin 500 mg
Mega B-50

I broke out in hives about 30-40 minutes after taking these for the first time yesterday. They are Puritan's Pride brand. I have taken their vitamins for a long time, and I already take a lot of vitamins and supplements. These do have some other ingredients, but not a bunch of extra stuff like artificial colors, soy, gluten, wheat, lactose, etc. I've never had reactions to vitamins before and do not really have food allergies.

I also took 1000 mg tablet Curcumin c3 complex Doctor's Best for the first time yesterday, but that was about 8 hours before.

There are not many other things that could have caused it, so I feel that it might have been one of these, strange as it seems to me. My whole body was red. I took a benadryl and it calmed down.

Thanks for any insight.

About me: Married 45yo mother of two girls. In July 2014, I hit my head on the side of the pool; since then I've had 3 lesser concussions, one of which was due to MVA.

For the 5-10 years prior to that I’ve had what I now realize were possibly 20+ undiagnosed concussions or sub-concussions. Likely most of these result from Duane's Syndrome, for which I now have prism glasses. Have successfully done vestibular therapy and plan to start vision therapy.

Current companions: Significant depression, anxiety, hyperacusis, difficulty with verbal expression (recall & word mixups), mild spacial/vestibular issues. Feelings of disconnect in relationships.
