I am apparently in the pre Diabetic stage as my glucose test shows. Maybe a connection with the numbness.I need to clean up my diet and get off sugars and get regular exercise. Commitment is a problem. I am and have always been slim and only fat is in the gut area. A bit too much for me. All in all I am thankful for what I have at this later stage of life.
