Hi MrsD, thanks for the feedback.
That was not *my* experience, just an experience I read about. I have been taking 33mg capsules 1-2 times a day. I havent had any of those effects.
But when I read about that guy's experience, it had me worried so I decided to post a question about it.
My Mag is definitely not oxide. I take 400mg/day and it is chelated. Would you also recommend taking a balanced B vit supp like B50? I have read that b6 can inhibit the other forms of B.
