Don't know which of every i take might be causing the itching. i started everything at the same time, so .... if it doesn't subside in a week or two, i'll probably start trying to narrow down the alleged culprit.

In general, do you think it's not a wise idea to use the mag lotion and take slow mag at the same time? I have no special absorption issues that i know of. i just kind of thought they were two separate things. doh!
