Many people on our forums have used this with success over the years. It appears to be very gentle and not cause side effects like the '50s and 100's out there. Jarrow is an excellent company too.

Beware of reading other people's problems on line...there are all sorts of different people with different lifestyles and genetic chemistry...no one is like the next so horror stories abound and may not pertain to you at all.
