I don't take oral mag when I use the lotion. The lotion works so much better for me.
But there are limits to topical absorption anyway...
Magnesium dosing is only really problematic in those who have
poor kidney functions. The very very old and infants (who have a small body size and all dosing has to be tiny for them).
