Not really. Could be any number of reasons. Does the atty (law firm) only work on SSD cases?
Have you considered firing your atty & hiring another? Sorry, I have not read this whole thread. Just bits & pieces. If you do fire this atty, you will be responsible for any expenses that may have incurred.
