Hi Palms,

A couple of months ago my blood tests showed pre-diabetic insulin resistance. I am a bad eater and had a big sweet tooth. Plus my cholesterol was 315 .

Well I got serious real quick. Went on a diet and cut out anything gluten and then sugar. In 3 months I have dropped cholesterol 80 points and 16 pounds lighter mostly around my middle section.

I dont really miss too much. I saw a nutritionist to kick it off since I wanted to learn more about how to pair foods properly and she told me 1/3 protein, 2/3 veggies. Also cut down to one diet soda a day.

I also started testing my Ph balance and it showed my body and diet was very acidic. When your body is too acidic it has a hard time getting rid of toxins and stores em in fat. Make sure to get a good antioxidant vitamin to help along with that sublingual b12 that will help the burning.

Best of luck on changing your eating habits.

Aloha ( I love saying that)
