Have you considered firing your atty & hiring another? Sorry, I have not read this whole thread. Just bits & pieces. If you do fire this atty, you will be responsible for any expenses that may have incurred.

that's pretty much is the theme of this thread, likely too late now. just will have to try to work better with the one i have. they are a reputable firm.
