YOu can get shivering goose bump, as a normal response to being startled, or suddenly suprised.
except its part of the neuropathy, mines only lasted for about 2 weeks, but thats when everything started, i also developed RLS(restleg syndrome when trying to sleep, my feet and hands were jerking uncontrollably(not twitching). I still suspect it was related to mixture of diphenhydramine and dxm, that caused long lasting effects. im pretty sure people would be able to feel low-grade fever, you would feel warmer than usual, an malaise. but mines was out of the blue and random.
