There is always hope. Hope is not a feeling, it is a choice so please don't ever give up.
You do have a lot going on there, but there is tons of support here and you have a doctor to help you. I hope you have confidence in the one you've chosen and that your surgery is a total success.
There is a lot of experience on this forum.
Everyone here has given you great advice. We will wait to hear from you after surgery or maybe someone can come here to post and let us know how you are doing.
You are in my thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery and speedy (take it easy) recovery.  Hope
