Thank you everyone for sharing, and for your support! I have seen some great improvements over the past couple weeks, along with some parts where I get very anxious.

Working out and lifting weights has been helping me cope with it a little bit. I'm fairly certain that it is all in my head, but it is hard to get rid of.

I have been going to a BioFeedback Therapist who just got back from a convention, and told me that she heard that many people who suffer from anxiety after long concussions, suffer because for the longest time, they associated those feelings of anxiety as being caused by the concussion.
