I'm on gabapentin, which makes me see double and feel dizzy and off-balance, but doesn't really take the pain away. It kind of makes my head feel numb. I also take .25 mg xanax 3 times a day; it seems to dull the pain.
I've used up my sick leave, but it's hard to work with the pain/drugs.

Also going to chiropractor and acupuncturist, but so far nothing has helped.

Any words of wisdom or suggestions?
I've gone to ativan rather than the gabapentin. Not as much of a hangover and easier to control. Prednisone in small doses to help with the symptoms that go beyond the need for pain med. good luck
