Hi Sonia,
Several yrs ago I had Botox in my neck and shoulder area for chronic pain/neuropathy and it helped my face pain a bit too. It helped enormously the first time and lasted many months. The second time it did nothing. I live in CT too. If you want the name of my pain doc who did the Botox let me know and I will PM you his info.

Saw your posts about medical MJ for Chronic pain...thanks.
