Question Can you overdose on vitamins B ?

Thank you mark for such detailed advice on vitamins. I have recently started taking supplements to improve my level of life. I have suffered from a concussion 2 weeks ago, and now experience many of the PCS, I also believe some of my old symptoms of anxiety, depression, following a traumatic experience have come back.

I was wondering if with all the medicine that I am taking I am not exceeding the limit for dosage for vitamin Bs! I have also in the past suffered from gastritis (intestines problems) and I am worried if too many vitamins might cause it to come back. I have started having burning sensation in my intestines and some pain, but not excruciating.

I am currently taking Megatone LA (in one pill):
vit C
Vit B1 - 3,3mg (300% Daily adviced quantity) (for a Belgian market)
Vit B2 - 3,5 mg (250 %)
Vit B3 - 40mg (250%)
Vit B5 - 15mg (250%)
Vit B6 - 4,2 mg (300%)
Vit B12 - 2,5 ug (100%)
Vit D - 5 ug (100%)
Folic acid - 333ug
Biotine - 150 ug, (300%)
Magnesium - 56,25 mg
iron
zinc

Also:
Vit B12 apart - 500ug (1 pill a day)

Also: Zaffranax, for anxiety (one pill)
I could not find the Turmeric extract, and decided to give this a try. It seems to be working almost immediately, or maybe in combination with all the other vitamins it is effective.
But it includes all the Vitamin Bs again!
70 mg saffran (2%)
Vit B1 - 0,5 mg (50% Daily adviced quantity)
Vit B2 - 0,7 mg (50%)
Vit B3 - 8 mg(50%)
Vit B6 - 0,7 mg (50%)

VIt B8 - 25 ug (50%)
Vit B9 - 100 ug (50%)
Vit B12 - 1,7 ug (50%)

Also magnesium and calcium apart.

Please advice, if that is too much!
