So just to clarify. I can definitely take both (Megatone LA) and the Zaffranax (with all its B vitamins) and the magnesium at the same time? Even with all of these is the dosage not enough? or too much?

The magnesium is -Meta Relax (folate 100 ug), magnesiumglycerofosfaat 900 mg, magnesiumelement 100 mg, taurine, +vitamins B again!!! - Vitamine B6 - 2mg and vit B12 1,5 ug again!!![/B]
