Hi Sonia,
Would you mind PMing me(private message) with the name of the doc who can certify and what town? I do have to say, kind of alot of hoops to jump through to get medical MJ( neurologist, MRI, then maybe ENT...geez!).

Thanks for the info, at least good to know there is a way, no matter how convoluted.
