It appears you are taking a total of 505.2 ug of B-12. I take 2500 ug of B-12. I was taking 500 ug of B-12 for years but the smaller dose has become hard to find. Common dosages are 2500 to 5000 ug. mcg is the same as ug. Both refer to micrograms.
As mrsD says, your B-12, especially that in the multis (5.2 ug) is likely ineffective. The separate 500 ug of B-12 is hopefully methycobalamin. If it is cyanocobalamin, it may not be absorbed well.
It is not uncommon for people to take 50 to 100 mgs of B-6.
It appears you are using the RDA percentages as your guide. RDA's are only meant as a guideline to prevent malnutrition.
