That is what I was told - an inflammation of my nerves that caused nerve damage and which is a kind of neuropathy. It is brand new, I am in a phase of trying pain meds, physiotherapy, small exercises. My arm/shoulder is twitching, aching, throbbing, shaky and is weak. I think idiopathic means "cause not known" - which is my case.
