Default Week on a gluten-free diet

I've eliminated gluten from my diet for a week now and have felt pretty darn good for the last 2 days or so, not 100% but still pretty comfortable in my body. I don't think my nystagmus has ever been good for this long post op.

The weather has also been quite dry recently, so I'm not sure if that is the reason.

If anyone has even the most remote sensitivity to gluten, I'd strongly recommend they try it for a week. It might lead no where, but it's worth a try if you can afford it.

That means no gluten products whatsoever. Buy gluten-free cereal, pasta, bread, or eat lots of rice.

No Subway sandwiches or fastfood buns. Beware, some yogurts, soups and sauces also have high amounts of gluten.

I'll report back when the symptoms return...
