neuropathy is a complex symptom, of underlying diseases. I dont think it will help unless the neuropathy was caused by spinal issue not involved in inflammations, remeber they are not MDs, so they dont know whats going on with your body. they only know how to "adjust your skeleton into a confortable position. they cant treat any underlying diseases.
